Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to Ouasl. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ouasl platform, its services, website, applications, and any related tools or features. By using the platform, creating an account, or subscribing to one of our plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms: “Ouasl”, “وصل”, “we”, or “us” refers to the Ouasl platform and the services it provides. “Platform” refers to the Ouasl website, dashboard, page editor, AI tools, publishing, lead management, integrations, and any other services we provide. “User” or “you” refers to any person or entity that uses the Platform or creates an account on it. “Landing Page” refers to the page or project you create or publish through Ouasl. “Credits” or “AI Credits” refers to the balance used to operate AI features within the Platform, including AI-generated landing pages or any other uses we may make available in the future.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age of majority in your country, to use Ouasl or subscribe to its paid services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you use Ouasl on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to represent that entity and to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Ouasl Services

Ouasl provides tools for building and publishing landing pages, including the page editor, templates, AI tools, lead collection, publishing via subdomain links or custom domains, and integrations with third-party tools such as analytics, tracking, communication, and payment tools. Available features may vary depending on the plan you use. Some features may be free, while others may require a paid subscription or the purchase of additional credits. We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or restrict any part of the Platform or its features at any time, without prejudice to the core rights of users subscribed to paid plans during their subscription period.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Ouasl may offer a free plan that allows users to try the Platform within defined limits, such as the number of published pages, the number of leads, AI credits, or certain restrictions on domains, integrations, and branding. Paid plans provide additional features and higher limits, as described on the pricing page or within the dashboard at the time of subscription. You agree that plan details, prices, limits, and features may change from time to time. Any material changes to your paid subscription will be communicated to you where required, or applied from the next billing cycle, unless the law provides otherwise.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase, whether monthly, annual, or for any other period offered. Subscription fees are charged in advance, and your subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or others. By using a payment method, you agree to the payment provider's applicable terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to renew your subscription. If a payment fails, we may suspend or restrict access to certain paid features until the outstanding amount is settled.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription through the dashboard, or by contacting our support team if the cancellation option is not available in your account. Upon cancellation, you may continue to use the paid plan features until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account may be downgraded to the free plan or certain features may be restricted. Unless required otherwise by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable, whether or not you have used the service, and including where you cancel before the end of the billing cycle. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund in exceptional cases; however, this does not constitute an ongoing obligation or an acquired right.

7. AI Credits

Ouasl may provide AI credits as part of its plans or as a separate add-on purchase. These credits are used to operate AI features within the Platform. Monthly credits included in plans renew with the subscription cycle and do not roll over to the following month unless we expressly state otherwise. Credits purchased separately may be non-expiring, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. The number of credits required may vary by operation type, such as generating a full page, generating new images, or any other AI features we may add in the future. Usage will be explained within the Platform or on the pricing page where possible. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate, complete, lawful, error-free, or suitable for your business purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing or using it.

8. Content You Create

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through Ouasl, including text, images, logos, products, offers, links, lead data, and any other materials. By using the Platform, you grant Ouasl a limited license to use this content solely to the extent necessary to operate the service, display your pages, store and back them up, improve performance, provide support, and protect the Platform. You represent that you hold all rights and licenses necessary to use the content you upload or publish, and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party. Ouasl may not be used to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, pornographic, violent, hateful, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

9. Landing Pages, Publishing, and Domains

You may publish landing pages via subdomain links provided by Ouasl or via custom domains, depending on your plan. You are responsible for configuring custom domains correctly, and for owning, or having permission to use, any domain you connect to the Platform. Account deletion, subscription expiry, payment failure, or a violation of these Terms may result in your pages being unpublished or access to them being restricted. We do not guarantee that your pages will be permanently available without interruption or error, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the stability and availability of the service.

10. Leads and Collected Data

Ouasl may allow you to collect lead data through forms, pages, or conversion tools. You are responsible for how this data is collected, the purposes for which it is used, obtaining the necessary consents from your page visitors, and complying with the applicable data protection, privacy, and electronic marketing laws. You may not use lead data to send spam or fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized messages. The number of leads you can collect or store may be subject to limits under your plan. If these limits are exceeded, data collection or export may be restricted until you upgrade or a new cycle begins.

11. Integrations and Third-Party Services

Ouasl may provide integrations with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Stripe, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, and others. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of the third-party providers. We do not control these services and accept no responsibility for their outages, errors, changes, or the way they process data. You are responsible for configuring integrations correctly, and for ensuring your compliance with any legal requirements relating to tracking, analytics, cookies, payments, or customer communications.

12. Payments Through Your Pages

If you use payment integrations such as Stripe or any other payment provider, you alone are responsible for the products or services you sell, and for prices, taxes, invoices, returns, disputes, shipping, delivery, and customer service. Ouasl is not a party to the commercial relationship between you and your customers, and accepts no liability for any claim or dispute arising between you and your page visitors or customers. We may restrict or suspend the use of payment features if we suspect fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct, or a violation of these Terms.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ouasl to do any of the following: • Violate any applicable law or regulation. • Publish fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or harmful content. • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any party. • Send spam or collect data without appropriate consent. • Attempt to breach the Platform's security or circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions. • Use the Platform to host malware or harmful links. • Misuse AI features or generate content that violates these Terms. • Resell the service, or use it as a commercial hosting platform for third parties, without our approval. • Interfere with, disrupt, or otherwise abuse the Platform's performance in any way. We may suspend or terminate your account, or remove infringing content, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or caused harm to the Platform, its users, or other parties.

14. Ouasl's Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Ouasl platform — including the software, design, trademarks, logos, interfaces, templates, systems, original text, and features — are owned by Ouasl or its licensors. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any right to copy, sell, redistribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Ouasl platform or its brand, except to the extent expressly permitted as part of your use of the service.

15. Templates and Ready-Made Components

Ouasl may provide templates, sections, icons, images, or ready-made design elements for use within the Platform. You may use these elements to create and publish your pages through Ouasl, but you may not extract, sell, redistribute, or use them outside the Platform unless you have clear permission to do so. Some assets may be licensed from third parties and may be subject to additional usage terms.

16. Ouasl Branding

Some plans, particularly the free plan, may include a badge such as “Built with Ouasl” or its equivalent on published pages. This badge may not be removed, hidden, or modified unless your plan expressly allows it.

17. Suspension or Termination of the Account

You may stop using Ouasl at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to the service, if you violate these Terms, if a payment fails, if you misuse the Platform, or if you use the service in a way that may cause harm to us, to users, or to any third party. Upon account termination, you may lose access to your pages, data, settings, credits, and integrations. We recommend exporting any important data before cancelling your account or before your subscription ends, where an export feature is available.

18. Service Availability and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and stable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or error. We may update the Platform, add or remove features, carry out maintenance, or restrict certain functions where necessary. We will not be liable for any interruption, delay, or loss of data caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as failures of service providers, the internet, payment services, or integrated third-party services.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Ouasl platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or freedom from errors. We do not guarantee that your use of Ouasl will increase sales, generate customers, make advertising campaigns successful, or achieve any specific business results. You are responsible for your business decisions, the content of your pages, your offers, and the marketing methods you use.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ouasl, its employees, partners, and providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of customers, business interruption, or claims arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. In all cases, Ouasl's total liability to you for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or SAR 100, whichever is higher, unless the law requires otherwise.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ouasl harmless from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from: • Your use of the Platform. • The content you create or publish. • The products or services you sell through your pages. • Your violation of these Terms. • Your infringement of the rights of any third party or of any applicable law.

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through direct communication. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, within the Platform, or by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
